Absolutley loved the view, but the cleanliness, oh dear! I noticed the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. I woudl ve been happier if they just changed the bed sheets on arrival. I hoped for an upgrade for my inconveniences, but guess that's just too much to ask here. Almost gave them a better review, but couldn't.

The location was easy to reach. The view from my room was fine, a perfect backdrop to my stay. I appreciated the modern decor and cleanliness. The serenity I experienced during my time at the hotel enhanced my relaxation.
The service could have been more attentive, as I noticed a few delays during check-in.

Convenient Location and Amenities
This place had a great location right in the middle of Jackson. My room came with a fridge, as well as tea and coffee making facilities, which was a nice touch. Additionally, there was a writing desk for me to use. 🎉
